shd have 6 months to 1 year of experience in troubleshooting all types of Desktops
Knowledge in server and Strong exposure in Desktop
Good Communication
Shd own a two wheeler
shd be willing to work on shift or field depends on the requirement
shd be willing to scale up the skills in technical side
certiicatiaon in mcp or mcse may not be a must
