POSITION SUMMARY -
Provide customer service to sales and customer for PCT (www.pctintl.com)India market, based in Mumbai

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS -
(In order of importance and the percentage of time dedicated to each function.)

1. Coordinate with Sales and Customer Service of PCT-Corporate for service support like sample & test, 15% of time.
2. Day to Day order entry to align with ERP system, 10% of time
3. Tracking inventory and logistic to ensure timely delivery to customer satisfaction, 10% of time
4. Prepare order contract & Performa Invoice per customer requirement for sales team, 10% of time.
5. Assisting to handle customer complaint to maintain customer satisfaction, 10% of time
6. Serves as General Hotline for customer inquiry, 10% of time
7. Coordinating with customer and technical team for dialogic and problem solving, 15% of time
8. Coordinating among with customer, finance & sales for tracking payment receivable, 10% of time
9. Generating monthly rolling forecast for individual product for sales & production, 5% of time
10. Support Trade show and marketing events, 5% of time.

QUALIFICATIONS -
* College Degree - technical discipline has advantage;
* Three (3) years of successful sales administration or customer service role in India.
* Capable of working independently with little supervision,
* Good interpersonal skills enabling teamwork and clear communication, effective presentation skills
* Proven experience in handling distributor in India
* Ability to understand and communicate all products and technical information;
* Patience and decent manner;
* Familiar with PC skill
* Fluency in Indian and English in oral and written.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS - Limited travel is required.
