Sales Coordinator
Responsible to coordinate sales activities & ensure prompt response to customer queries & concerns supporting the reseller channels.
To be responsible for handling customer requests or complaints in a professional way and seeking solutions.
Processing orders and necessary follow-up with Corporate office for timely deliveries
Detail oriented, take charge person with excellent relationship building skills.
Prepare and maintain all documentation for Sales/repairs.
Relieve management of administrative detail.
Any additional duties that may be assigned by supervisor (e.g. assists in exhibition event, road show etc…)
Coordinate work flow
Provide administrative support for all sales meeting logistics and planning of materials; may act as liaison with other internal teams. Assist with various mailings, such as mailing lists, postage requirements, materials requests, event and trade show requests, etc., and other administrative support to field sales, sales operations, customer service, etc. as needed.
Update and chase delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadlines
Prepare and control administrative budgets
Responsible for the coordination with vendors couriers etc.
