The client is a large trading house with its activities across the globe
They need
Project Sales Manager – Centralised Airconditioning
Calculate the heat load on Architectural drawing
Design air-conditioning layout
Design & guide the duct layout & installation
Ensure to attend the site meeting by various clients
Monitor to sales / hot and cold list
Architectural meeting for product knowledge
Responsibilities
Selection of commercial air conditioning
Preparation of bill of quantity
Approved bill of quantity should be billed & installed at site & liase with quantity surveyor for bill
Lead and manage the tender bidding, winning contract & project completions
Collections in time
Graduate / Higher National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Airconditions
Minimum 5 years in selling of commercial airconditioning
30 to 45 years
Exposure:

Network development like sales & services dealer, contractors, consultants etc
Market mapping
Should be well versed with computer handling
Any management course will be an added advantage (Short Term / Long Term)
