Job Description for ASP.NET Developer (With 1-2 years of Exp):
Candidate should have working knowledge and experience with Microsoft technologies, specifically on ASP, .NET, ASP.NET, COM, Knowledge with MS SQL Database Designing, the ideal candidate for for this position would be able to perform the following activities:

1. Candidate should be Enthusiastic to work in a team and feel positive about the work; he/she should be friendly, approachable and a good team player with excellent self learning skills.
2. Write excellent code in ASP/ ASP.NET with good knowledge of database handling.
3. Be able to work independently or with a team with little input and guidance given by the senior members of the team.
4. Have the initiative to drive forward the team's efforts to meet the deadline and deliver a quality product that the team can be proud of and the client is happy too!
5. Have a good understanding of object oriented programming and its practical application in web application development.
6. Have self-respect and be loyal to their career and not be involved in unethical activities in the office.
7. Must possess excellent object oriented thinking abilities and programming experience.
