Executive - Production - Paint Industry

Position : Executive - Production
Age : 30+ Years
Qualifications : Graduate from a reputed university.
Profile : +7 years’ experience, of managing Batch Production activities in a Process industry.
Hands-on experience in Planning, Scheduling and Production processes
Knowledge on superior Quality, EHS systems viz. ISO 9001/16949/14001/OHSHAS etc.
Hands-on experience in the implementation of continual improvement initiatives viz. 5S, Gemba Kaizens, TPM etc.
Possess hands-on experience in using IT systems viz. SAP, Oracle, Baan etc.
Implement EHS systems in the shopfloor and drive continual improvement
Should posses good problem solving abilities
Demonstrate good team working skills
Should possess good man management skills
Responsibilities : Control Production processes to ensure Plan compliance, deliver Product Quality requirement
Control production efficiencies w.r.t specific consumptions, conversion costs etc.
Define performance targets for Workcells. Monitor, support and report its performance.
Implement systems and procedures to ensure high standards of Safety and Environment on the shopfloor.
Support implementation of actions driven by Quality Assurance and EHS functions in the Production section.
Assist Problem solving and Improvement initiatives in the Plant.
