Executive - Process Improvement - Paint Industry

Position : Executive - Process Improvement
Age : 32+ Years
Qualifications : Graduate in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering
Profile : 10+ years’ experience, including managing Quality Assurance systems and processes
Experienced in the use of various problem solving tools incl. Six Sigma methodology.
Experienced in the use of various process improvement tools viz. 5S, Lean Mfg., Kaizens etc.
Hands-on experience in operating and maintaining sophisticated equipment viz. Electrostatic applicators etc.
Experienced in managing scale-up processes
Possess good analytical abilities.
Possess good team working skills.
Exposure to good Quality and EHS systems viz. ISO 9001/16949/14001 etc.
Responsibilities : Drive Quality Assurance initiatives in the Plant
Drive Process improvement initiatives viz. Lean, 5S, Kaizens etc.
Manage operation of Electrostatic Applictors and other automated applicator units
Manage scale-up processes under New Product introduction process.
Lead root cause analysis activities.
