The client is an engineering company in kuwait with diversified interests
They urgently require
Design Engineer (Civil/ Structural)
Main Purpose Of Job
To lead a team of draftsmen and to develop designs from job specifications in accordance with international engineering standards and codes of practice.
Job objectives
1.To lead and manage a team of professional draftsmen.
2.To develop designs from project specifications.
3.To allocate, prioritize and check work of a team of draftsmen.
4.To check and evaluate design and material specifications for tender.
5.To prepare and check material data sheets and coordinate with procurement engineer to select materials.
6.To document, record and report on meetings, progress of jobs and construction completions from design & validation reports from Project Engineers.
7.To incorporate feed back from projects and customers for design clarification and modifications during the development and construction project phases.
Education, Skills and Experience
Essential:

•A Bachelors degree in Engineering
•Team Leadership
•Conflict Resolution
•Specific software Application
•Communication
•Control and instrumentation system design & application software
•Thorough understanding of Engineering standards
•AutoCAD application design skills
•4 to 6 Years of work experience as an Engineer.
