Position:
• Supervisor – Offsite in Mechanical Engg.

Functional Experience:
• 3- 4 yrs of experience

Critical Exposure / Experience Deemed Essential
• Production Background
• Line / Shift Supervisor in charge of Production
• Exposure to concepts like OEE , Productivity etc

Job Responsibilities:
• Offsite Manufacturing Vendor Management – It includes Production, Material Accounting & Planning
• Process Improvement through Value Stream Mapping
• Vendor Rating

Technical Competencies:
• Knowledge on Production Indices (OEE, Uptime, Productivity etc.

Behavioral Competencies:
• Should be good at planning and scheduling
• Result Oriented
• Initiative
