Implement Corporate forward integration and vertical marketing system,
Responsible for all Business development activities, Coordinate and implement market, pricing and sales strategies, Brand management including brand development utilizing among others, various aspects of Integrated marketing communications (IMC), and intermediaries. Additionally, work on the Redapple services brand and Redapple services value image determining the level of complexity or uncertainty of the purchase, including perceived risk. Working with the company-managing partners from entrepreneurial phase to organizational phase working on towards stability, networking, growth & globalization of the company.
