HR Executive
5 to 10 years experience of
HR Practices either in Industry or in HR consulting
The candidate will be responsible for Recruitment / Re-sourcing
Management of the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources.
Plan Human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas.
Conduct interviews for selection of best candidates and post-selection Induction of new recruits.
Training & Development
Identify the Training needs across levels
Conceptualize and develop Training & Development initiatives for improved productivity, building capability and quality enhancement.
Involved with monitoring the effectiveness of training programs through feedbacks from the participants and their seniors.
Performance Appraisal
To develop and Manage Appraisal process across the levels.
Established the framework for substantiating Performance Appraisal system linked to the Reward Management.
Personnel Administration
Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations like PF, ESI, Employment Exchange, Gratuity, LWF, Professional Tax.
Administering bonus and loan payment policies and subsequent deductions from salary.
Supervising activities of the Time Office and maintenance of attendance and leave records, necessary for processing payrolls of employees.
Handle clearances, resignations and prepare there full and final settlements.
Employee Relations
Ensure maintenance of amicable employee-management relations in the organization Institute systems to promote harmonious employee relations and improve employee morale and motivation.
Coordinate the dissemination of information to notify and advise employees on HR policies, programs and norms.
Settlement of day-today grievances.
Developing Training Modules for Customer Service - Process as well as Behavioral.
Training Content Design & Development.
Training Delivery.
Training Evaluation & Feedback / Quality.
Assessment & Audits.
Supervise preparation of Training Calendar.
Marketing the Training Programs internally.
Managing the training team / Coordination with employee.
Development Team in HR.
