POSITION : JUNIOR EXECUTIVE - PROJECTS

Key Responsibilities :
The candidate under the guidance of the VP Projects / Manager Projects would be required to drive & direct the workforce to develop the infrastructure of the multiplexes and ensure a high standard of building, machinery, plant, furniture, fixture & equipment in order to achieve an excellent level of guest satisfaction and to ensure a high employee morale. Thus his duties would include:

1. Tying up with various vendors, negotiating & getting the task force on the move.

2. Develop systems and procedures that ensure safety for customers, employees plant, machinery and property.

3. Prepare preventive maintenance schedules and ensure adherence.

4. Monitors and controls expenses.

5. Ensure liaison with relevant Governmental agencies to ensure compliance of various statutory requirements.

6. To ensure that the project meets all the requirements as per the pre-ops checklist.

7. Maintains building and grounds of the current Multiplexes.

DESIRED PROFILE

Traits: Pleasant personality, physically fit, smart, confident and friendly.

Qualifications: B.E in Civil.

Age: 20-25 yrs .

Special Skills: Capable of being multi skilled, analytical, quick decision maker, team player, good communication and inter-personal skills, motivator. Fluent in English, Hindi and local language.

Work Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in similar capacity. From Hospitality / service background.
Planning, contracts, administration hands on experience is a mandate.
