Counter Staff/field Executives - Travel Trade


PREMIUM TRAVEL INDUSTRY OF INDIA REQUIRES COUNTER STAFFS/FIELD EXECUTIVES – AN OPPURTUNITY IN THE TRAVEL WORLD YOU CANNOT AFFORD TO MISS.
The client is a leading travel Agency. They require

1. Counter Staffs :
Male/Female Graduates with pleasing personality and excellent communication skills with one or two years exp in Travel Industry and with thorough knowledge of Ticketing.

Location : Chennai & Bangalore

Salary : Rs. 8000 – 15000 depending on the qualification and experience


2.Field Executives : Male Candidates with atleast 1 year of experience in the Travel Industry. – Salary – 8000 – 15000 depending on qualification and experience.

JOB PROFILE

Team’s responsibility / Performance measures :
• Achievement of Sales Target

Customer Satisfaction Personal responsibility (if any) / Performance measures :
• Achievement of Sales Target

Functions / Day to day activities :
1. Responsible to develop/expand travel agent network in the assigned territory.
2. Build and maintain relationship with ASO/PSA/TAs.
3. Regularly visit travel agents office.
4. Handle Travel Agents queries and help them in getting bookings.
5. Maintain Daily Sales Report.
6. Continuously update Channel Head about the current market developments and competition activities.
7. Responsible to achieve the sales target and high level of customer satisfaction
8. Adhere to company policy and systems

Qualifications - Minimum : Graduate

Qualifications – Additional (Preferred) : Diploma in Travel & Tourism Management
